Solution: Do PE. In time it’ll straighten. All the exercises are about shaping the penis anyway.. For example: jelqing with the other hand would help.
About frenelum: Are you circumcised? That could be. Or something else could be too, really can’t speculate much with this insufficient info.
Solution: Again PE. PE stretches the penis skin. I was circumcised, but I’ve grown a lot of skin, it sometimes even coners the head a little . All from PE.
