I just started the newbie routine 2 days ago. The 1st day I did the jelqing without warming up. Yesterday I jelqed in the morning with a warm. Then I did the whole routine yesterday, using a dry jelq. & Then I tried to jelq again last night, but I ended up coming. The routine says to jelq for 10 mins, but I want & can do it longer. Is it bad to work out more than once a day?

Welcome to the forum.

Try and stick to the routine. It builds up gradually for two reasons, one is to avoid injury as your penis acclimatises to the pressures of PE and the other is that you want to try and grow with the minimum effort possible (i.e. less work rather than more). Give yourself room to increase your routine as gains slow.

Make sure your jelqs are like 3-5 seconds each. This is better than doing a whole lot of them for 1-2 seconds each.

When I start doing my stretches how far do I pull? I know that you grab behind the head & pull, but should you grab foreskin also? & When you jelq & you grab the base after the 1st couple should you have foreskin in your hand & jelq with that too? Because when I do it I see my head getting bigger, but I didn’t know if that was right.

Stretch as far as you can without causing pain or pulling your head off, which would not be a good thing.

And hold it for 10-20 seconds at the fully stretched point.

I’m cut so I don’t know what to tell you about your foreskin.

Pull the foreskin back, and use something to maintain a good grip. Talc, a glove, a strip of t-shirt material or similar etc.
