I just started the newbie routine 2 days ago. The 1st day I did the jelqing without warming up. Yesterday I jelqed in the morning with a warm. Then I did the whole routine yesterday, using a dry jelq. & Then I tried to jelq again last night, but I ended up coming. The routine says to jelq for 10 mins, but I want & can do it longer. Is it bad to work out more than once a day?
