Over-doing Again

Over-doing Again

Ok, the first time I was overdoing PE (about 200 jelqs and stretching for about 5 mins)
So I took two weeks completely off and my EQ returned back to normal !
Now I am doing warm-up then 20-30 dry jelqs and warm down!
I jelq wit around 80% erection and I guess my grip is more hard than moderate.
After workout my dick turtles smaller after about 5 mins !
I don’t have any definite negative PI`s although my morning wood is not fully hard !
I think I`m going to continue this routine (which is 1 day on- 1 off by the way) until my erections and morning wood will either get better or worse !

So the question is, If it gets worse, I will take a break again, and therefore what should I do to make it more intense ?
Jelq with lower erection ?
Loosen up the grip ?
Do it in mon/wed/fri weekends free ?
Or cut down on number of jelqs ?

Waiting for your answers/opinions/suggestions !

I would think that if you are turtling badly that is a negative PI also weaker or no morning wood is a bad sign. You said that your grip is more hard than moderate I don’t know just how hard the grip needs to be.

I would relax the grip some, the number of jelqs is ok (I think), the erection level is good, they say between 60 and 80%; rest days are important.

Less is sometimes more and it sounds like you can over do easily, remember you only have one penis, please don’t hurt it.

sunny A day without sunshine is like a day without laughter :sun:

I can`t really say that I have decreased wood but it certainly isn’t fully hard!

So if I will experience some worse erection I will make my grip lighter (but where blood is trapped it still has to be hard, right ? ) As well as drop my erection level to around 65-70 % ! Any other opinions ? :)

Dickenss:

You might want to go back and look at the PIs thread: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!.

That page calls "temporary penis contraction after a PE workout" a neutral PI.

Decreased morning wood would also be a neutral PI, I would guess. If your ordinary erections are decreased, THAT would be a negative PI.

The bottom line is, are you gaining, and what is the quality of your regular erections?

Without knowing how your regular erections are doing, and how you are doing in terms of gains, I couldn’t recommend one way or another what you should be doing with your routine.

Thanks for the info Lampwick !
I’d say that my normal erections are ok ! I can get aroused easily and it doesn’t seem like a big problem to stay hard !
As for gains I can’t tell you as this is only my first week after taking a break from overtraining !
My morning wood is in an erect state where if I do a kegel it gets fully hard !

Thanks !

Sounds like you are in good shape, then, and I would suggest that you continue with your current routine.

Ok, surely will do unless I start to see some negative PI’s !

Thanks !

It’s more complicated than just stoppng when you get negative PIs, Dickenss. Please read at least the complete first post of the thread Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!. You need to see all PIs - positive, negative and neutral - in the larger context of your PE results.

Different men react to different stresses in different ways, with different outcomes. There are so many possible combinations of things that you can do, that you need to find a way to determine what is working for you. That’s where PIs come in. Some negative PIs may come along with a neutral PI or two, and a lot of positive PIs. You then need to figure out how to modify your schedule and your routine (if at all) in the light of those indicators.

As SparkyX says in his thread, "Of all the PIs, size gain or loss is the bottom line!

Size loss or gain will give you the final word on whether you are being effective or not."

I would add EQ (erectile quality) as another ‘bottom line’ measurement. As someone else said once, no good in having a bigger unit if you can’t use it.
