Over a year in PE and next to no gains. suggestions

Thanks for sharing that. A lot of us “non-gainers” need to know we’re not alone. I’ll be taking some time off until my body shows it’s ready to get back into it. Then I’ll start off light again, and work up to a more intense routine.

It has been only 4 days since I last did a PE workout. Erections are already harder, and flaccid hang isn’t longer, but it is thicker. We’re in our cold season here in this part of the country, so it aint the weather! Looks like time off was a good idea. I’ll take probably 2 more weeks off.

Indeed, I have yet to make any gains after such a long period of trial and error. I am focusing heavily on PIs now (only a few days in) and will see if that truly helps in regards to growth. I’ve been thinking about the Bathmate hype, though the expansion I get in pumps/clamps is minimal. *Sigh* what else is there to try haha.

I’ve read about guys saying that the expansion they get in the bathmate is better than with air pumping. I dont know though, i’ve never tried it.

Considering this routine when I start back. Split sessions, with lower intensity to start out with. Then I’ll work the intensity back up. I wanted to focus on manual exercises, and then after a few months work pumping and/or the extender back in. I may try hanging somewhere down the line as well.

Part of the reason I put this routine together is this thread: Focus Your PE and Gain! TGC Theory

The routine is as follows:

Session 1
* 5 min warm wrap (washcloth)
* 10 min long hold inverted v-stretch
200 jelqs
10 Ulis
* 5 min warm wrap (washcloth)
50 Kegels

Session 2
* 10 min warm wrap (washcloth)
* 15 min 80-90% jelq with 1-2 30 sec hold Horse 440 squeezes every 5 mins
* 5 min 30 sec hold horse squeezes
10 Ulis
* 10 min warm wrap (washcloth)
50 Kegels

Hey BTB. I’d cut out the morning 200 jelqs and 10 Ulis. Most of what is being said around these parts suggest that girth or expansion related work requires more rest time. If you jelq in the morning and then do more intense jelqing in the evening, you might be on a path of overfatigue. I’d just watch that part of it.

I think a break is just what i needed. My main complaint was lack of hardness of erections- and that has gone away. They’re reminiscent of the ones I had when I was 16 these past few days. There has been no major lifestyle or diet change other than taking a break from PE, either. So this must be the reason.

I haven’t taken measurements, and probably won’t for awhile. But I am planning on starting PE back up next week, if this continues.

Wow man, your starting stats are crazy. That’s my ending goal, but a little less girth! Good for you. I just ordered a BM pump. I’ll keep tabs on it and write reviews to see if it makes a difference. Cross your fingers something works.

Infared light do work however be sure that you nut sack is covered. My light was quite big and and needed to ensure that my buts were covered and out the way
when I used it in conjunction with my pumping.

Personally I prefer the heating pad as it did not restrict my movement when I did PE.

I think many of the others who have come before me have presented you with great advice and I trust that it will soon begin to yield some desired results.

I’ve been looking at the bathmate, so let me know how that goes. Have you tried “conventional”/air pumping?

BTBassist, are you taking any medication, such as SSRI’s or propecia?

Seems like you should be able to take some small consolation in the fact that you already have a pretty much perfect cock. ;-)

No sir, neither of those. I am taking Lisinopril for high blood pressure, but should be able to come off of that soon, as my weight was a large factor. After I drop a few more pounds I should be able to come off the meds, as my doctor and I have discussed. I was 215-220 at my heaviest, and even though my bodyfat was at a healthy level, he said “for your heart, sometimes weight is weight, and it doesnt matter whether it is muscle or fat- too much weight will drive your blood pressure up a bit higher”.

I’ve been taking it for… about 2 years or so. There was never a steep drop in erection quality however. I assume that is why you ask?
