Over a year in PE and next to no gains. suggestions

Take a 1 month break and read this. I think it’s a very plausible theory and you should try it as I see your BPFSL has become greater than your BPEL.

Haha, I wasn’t criticizing your English. I really should have considered the fact that you were from another country before wording it that way, I’m sorry. “The way you put your words together” is just a figure of speech that is used commonly in America (I don’t know if it is as commonly used elsewhere). What I meant by it is that you have a clever way of speaking. It was meant as a compliment. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

If your stretched length is more than it was, your penis is longer; this is obvious. If you can’t see the difference in erect length, than your EQ isn’t high enough and/or you gained some girth that is hindering length gains. Keep working on it and have faith - I know it is hard to hear after 1 year of work, but that’s it.

That makes almost too much sense to me. Thanks for posting that up. Now that you mention it, I first started noticing “less than stellar” erections right around the time that I noticed my BPFSL had far exceeded my erect length. Reading that article actually seemed like it was written about me. I have pretty much all the indicators that “smooth muscle” is the limiting factor for me. That makes sense being that my focus has been on gaining length. I’ve always been complimented on my thickness, so I won’t complain about a little more girth before seeing some length gains. Especially if harder erections will likely be a result.

I’ll switch things up and put a new routine together. Focusing more on jelqing, squeezes, etc., and incorporating different stretches. I will leave the pumping alone for awhile, as suggested. Maybe just a few months. I’ll take a little break from PE as well. In that time I’ll research a bit more, and try to put together a more solid routine. Also going to look into the infrared heating thing.

I’m currently living in South Korea. I figure I could probably get an infrared red lamp fairly easy back at home in the US at Lowes or Home Depot.

Any suggestions for in South Korea?

Can I just use an infrared bulb in a lamp?

But to be honest, it was a real pain in the arse to use. Luckily I knocked it off the top of my computer and fractured the bulb and decided to spend a bit more money and got something like this:

Although that’s not the exact one I purchased.

I put it on an upturned mesh bin under my computer table, lower my chair down to the right height, then I can just sit there and hang, or keep it on to jelq with etc, it’s stupidly convenient.

Sixth change (April 2010): the above, with 5 additional minutes of stretching after pumping

Most recent change (November 2010): added X4 labs extender worn roughly 25-30 hours per week at ~800-900g of traction.

PI’s:

Noticeable flaccid gains. As noted in the above numbers, my bone pressed erect length used to be longer than my stretched flaccid length. Now my stretched flaccid is a good big longer, while my erect length has remained the same. My girth has been largely unchanged, erect or flaccid.

No discoloration or numbness. No pain, no spotting.

My refractory period has always been very short. That hasn’t changed. Here lately, with the girl I’ve been having sex with: I’ve stayed hard even after cumming, provided we just keep having sex. Nothing short of a blessing, I know.

One thing I’ve noticed is that my erection quality was always an indicator for me. When I began a new routine, erections would decrease in hardness for a few days to a week, and then would be back to normal, and gradually get to be very high quality. Then I would change my routine, and the same thing would happen again. The ONE exception is the April change. I experienced weaker erections for about 2-3 weeks, then they came back strong and stayed that way.. Until about September of this year (2010). Erection quality has varied a lot these past few months. I have never lost the ability to become erect, but they are often times not as strong as they have been in the past. This seemed to happen for no reason at all.

I have noticed no changes in PI’s since adding the X4 labs extender a month ago. But have noticed some flaccid gains.

EQs:

1. Ease of erections: I’d say 8 out of 10. I’m never “not able” to get one, but once in awhile (less than twice per month) it takes some convincing.
2. Erections are quite frequent. Sometimes too frequent, waking me at night at times. 9.5 out of 10
3. Hardness of erections: 7 out of 10. I’m not happy with hardness of erections at this point.
4. Lasting erections: they last as long as I need them to. 9 out of 10
5. Refractory period discussed above. 9.5 out of 10
6. Night and morning wood: 9.5 out of 10 erections are at their hardest in the morning.

I should say, I’m doing this for myself. I know I’m above average, and every female I’ve been with has commented that I’m “big”. So it’s not as if I have a complex about it.. But I figure “why not?”. No one every complained about my body, but I started going to the gym when I was 14. This is just something else I picked up almost 10 years later.

Anyhow.. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to improve this routine? I’ve gained literally nothing as far as erect gains are concerned, and I’m a bit surprised. I’ve done this faithfully for over a year now with no measurable erect gains (though I do feel that I’m in better sexual health as a result of PE).

For the record, I’m 24 years old.

Your getting morning woods… I was going to ask that. Usually when I make large gains, I will loose EQ and loose morning woods, also may loose erections.

Taking off PE and doing some light pumping, like 1-10 minute session per day at low in-HG, no jelquing… After a week of this will get hard morning woods, and flaciids.

When my BPFSL exceeded my BPEL I did get length gains, but had to wait for the EQ to catch up to see it.

In your case, it sounds like you have alot of erection power already, and your sex and morning woods are intact. So I don’t know.

Try to back off to a really light PE regiment like I said for two weeks or so.

I hear ya. Something else for me to consider. However, I’m not really satisfied with erection power. They are strong in the morning, and at night. But otherwise, they leave something to be desired. That is why I gave it the 7/10 for erection quality. 7/10 would be for what is typical for me. The morning wood is more like a 9-10. I’m not sure why there is so much variance there.

BTB, seeing that I missed the part where you said your erections were relatively weak compared to your MW, I’m going to suggest that you simply back off the intensity a bit. I still think you need a break, but maybe when you come back in a month or two, you could try going back to the newbie routine - or maybe even a lighter version of it. Have you read up on the linear routine - NEW newbie + advanced routine. Slow incremental increases to your stretching and jelqing.

It seems that most of the BIG gainers have also had amazing EQ and very rarely did they see drops in it.

Perhaps your goal should be to get your erections as rock hard as possible and slowly increase duration from there - backing down when you see EQ dropping.

I was looking at the linear routine earlier today. It seems like a logical progression. I think everyone agrees that taking a break at “starting over” is a good idea. I think what I’m going to do is just stop PE until strong “normal” erections return, then get back into it lightly and slowly. And I consider myself ahead of the curve a little, because I’ve learned to read my body just a bit. So I won’t completely be starting from scratch.

I think you should continue with the extender and get in as many hours as you can till you stretched length gives you some erect length.

LoL hardly any gains for me in 4 years.

I’ll keep on trying new things. Had several decon breaks and restarts.
