Hey guys, been PEing for about a month n a half now. Seen Small gains, just curious though. Besides regular manual stretches and wet jelqs, are there any other routines I could be doing? Especially to help girth. I’ve pretty much stuck with the basic routine and I’m not really seeing much gain. Maybe 1/10Th of an inch in length. Hit me back with some ideas.

2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

45 days and 1/10” gain? That will be an inch in 15 months if you keep it up. Plenty of guys have 45 days and 0/10” gains so you are doing good.

Don’t have clamp. I was thinking more toward dry jelqs or those slinky exercises.
