Order of what to do?

Hey guys,
I was just curious about the order of things. Do I follow the newbie routine exactly (the order of it) such as, stretches first, then jelqs. Reason I am asking is because I have seen others do it other ways. Also should the kegels be performed with the routine or seperated out through the day? Another thing is does anyone recommend me breaking the routine up? To do half in the morning and then half at the end of the day? Or is it short enough for the first month to just get it done all at once?

If you use a lubrication, I suggest jelqing after stretching.

It can be difficult stretching your dick with baby oil on your hands and dick.

I feel you do my stretch first then jelq. Btw I stretch with toilet-paper so I won’t slip.

I suggest something like this, it might not work for you, but it gained me over an inch in my month & a half.

Stretch - for your designated amount of time; I did it for 10 minutes.
Jelq - or your designated amount of time; I did it for 15 minutes.
60-100 JAI stretches.

These JAI stretches complete your workout with great ligament stretching taking place.

I contribute a lot of my gains to these JAI stretches. You do not have to be to experienced to use them. If you do not know what JAI stretches are, they are in the PE archvies, and can be EASILY found; along with many other exercises.
