Can someone please give a good detailed description of orange bends. I read the thread and maybe I missed a real good description of the exercise in the thread. How exactly is it performed, sets, reps and duration and any other pertinent information about the exercise. May throw them in when I hit the six month mark of the newbie routing. Thanks

Your penis should look like it’s doing the worm.

One hand traps the blood at the base of the hand, the other does the OK sign below the head of the penis to keep the blood trapped within the shaft. At least, that’s how I do it.

But look here is the problem. If this needs to be done at 10% erection, the length is too small to bend it do you know what I mean? I mean my flaccid 10% dick is very small. Too small to bend it.

Then don’t do it. It was just a flash in the pan idea anyways. The guy that introduced it was here for a week and then left. So much for that.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

But some people have gained from doing it so.

I started doing the o-bends about 10 days ago and have seen a large jump in my girth. My girth had been pretty stagnate and I saw immediate growth. My flaccid was hanging extremely heavy afterwards as well (significantly more than from regular stretching and jelqing).

how did you preform them. duration, intensity, etc. also how did you physically preform the exercise thanks

Same question. I don’t understand it much. Maybe because my english language skills. So stop blood at base, stop blood right before the head. Then what?

I would probably wait until 3 months / when you are done with the newbie routine to do them.

You do them at a very low erection level (I think 10%-20%), and stop when you get hard. You get a pretty big work out in a short time with them, so if you do them I would start out slow (a few minutes at first along with your regular routine).

Ok so this is what I am gonna do. Correct me if I am wrong people. I make OK sign with my right hand and grab the very base of the 10% erected penis so I can trap the blood. Now, with my left hand I simply bend the penis OVER the right finger so I get wide expansion. HOld it for 10-20 seconds. Right?

I have read that thread but it is still kinda weird. Should the penis end up looking like a you? With just the pressure put in a single part of the shaft?(right in the middle). And this gives all-round girth gains?

What has been your gains and where with this exercise?

Hey guys personally? I still don’t fucking get it because everyone is tellng me different techniques. But just do as I explained above first. If it doesn’t work out then ask other people. Good luck on gaining.
