So I will tell my story here.. Waiting some opnions and advices
Well, I am 19 years old.. Since I was like 14 I was kind of worried about all the “penis size” stuff.. And passing years I get more concerned sometimes, and other times I just relax about it. But I always come to the internet and search a lot of things like women’s opnions about penis size, small penises, big penises, and if it really does matter. Always searching about what is the average and penis enlargement too.
And with all my searchs I would say my penis is not small, but I want your opnion.

When erect:
Lenght - 6.2 inches (15,7cm)
Girth - 5.2 inches (13,2cm)
Flaccid:
Lenght - 3.5 inches
Girth - 3.9 inches

When erect I would like to grow my penis a little, but mainly in girth. I don’t think that I need much more length, if I do jelq for like a year and gain only like 0,2inch in lenght but gain like 0,5 inches or more in girth I would be happy. Between gaining lenght or girth I want girth more.. And between flaccid and erect, I want more flaccid size than erect. Basing on my searchs, my penis can be called a “grower” I guess. A fact that increases a lot my concerning is that all my friends and a lot of man seems to be bigger than me, at least in girth, in flaccid way (because I don’t see anyone’s penis when erect hahaha), I see this observing the volume in underwear and swimming trunks(no, I’m not gay, just worried ahahah) and comparing to myself, 95% of men looks bigger at least when flaccid.. I guess 95% has quite bigger balls than me too, I get really upset with this because it makes me insecure sometimes..
And about sexual life: I had sex only sometimes when I was 18 with a girl that I was dating.. She was not virgin and she seemed to like the sex, so this made me a little less concerned.

Although I had read a lot of things that says to me that I don’t need to concern about my size, I really would like to enlarge it. To not be insecure in lockerooms or at swimming pools (I live in brazil and in most of swimming pools everybody needs to use trunks there) and to increase my ego having the certain that women like my size, that they are really satisfied with it.
So, my mainly goals are in GIRTH, erect and flaccid, but more in flaccid than erect. Also I want lenght too, but it’s a bonus, I want more girth than lenght.

Well, I can’t remember exactly now, but I guess the first time I read about jelq was about 15 years old.. And I tried for like two, three weeks but I gave up because I was afraid of something bad could happen with my penis and it is I little complicated here, I just knew the wet jelq(with lub), and I live in not big apartment with my mom, I don’t have much privacy.. So it’s difficult to do. Now, with 19, I wanted to start exercices.. I stayed like a week doing wet jelq (using a body cream of my mom because buy lub and keep it in house would be strange, my mom would ask) and reading about PE, methods, etc. And then I realized it would be better to me do the dry jelq.. And that’s what I’m doing about the last days.

So.. I shared here my story too know opnion of you guys who are veterans and advices.. I want the opnion of my size, and if there is someone who has this problem with flaccid state too. I would like some advices about exercises.. Some questions:
1) masturbation.. In my normal routine normally I don’t spent like two, three days without mastubating at least 1 time. This is a problem? Should I reduce for how often?
2)I read that I had to take days off the jelq to better gains.. How often should I do exercises, two days in a row and take 1 day off would be good?
3)how many time I should expend doing the dry jelq?
4)only doing dry jelq I can get some nice gains?

Hey, welcome.
Your penis is a good size, exactly average, actually probably slightly above average. Your flaccid actually seems average also. Don’t feel bad about wanting to PE, that’s why we’re all here. To me it seems weird if somebody would know about PE and NOT want to do it, unless they are already big.

Nothing bad will happen as long as you start slow, and pay attention to signals from your penis on when to back off and rest.

Start with the Newbie Routine. It works for both erect and flaccid gains. You didn’t mention doing manual stretching, which is part of the newbie routine, so be sure to read about that. And most importantly, read about using some form of heat as a warm-up. Heat can make all the difference for gaining, and for avoiding injury.

Also don’t concern yourself much with trying to gain either length or girth specifically at the beginning. Just do the newbie routine for a while to get used to doing PE, most people gain some of both at the beginning. Once you’ve done that for a couple months you could add length- or girth-specific exercises.

Your questions:
1. Masturbation frequency doesn’t matter. Some people think it does, but statistically it doesn’t seem to make any difference. Just don’t do it immediately before your exercises.
2. Two days on / One day off is a good place to start. Once you’ve been going for a couple months, you can begin to ‘listen to your dick’ to decide for yourself the best exercise and rest schedule.
3. Each jelq should take about 3-5 seconds, and you should probably start by jelqing for about 5 minutes total each exercise day, and work your way up from there to 10-15 min/day if it’s comfortable. Again, listen to your dick to decide what times are best.
4. Yes, people can gain just as well with dry jelq versus wet jelq. I only have experience with wet jelq. Apparently dry jelqing is better suited for people who are uncircumcised because they can use their skin as a "sleeve" that works like a lube. Like I said above, you will do well to add some stretching before the jelqs, as outlined in the newbie routine. But even if you don’t, yes you can still gain from just jelqing.

Good luck, and remember to take it slow at the beginning and avoid injury. Slight discomfort is normal, pain is bad and a sign to back off.

My jelqs only takes like 2 seconds, there’s a problem with that?

I wasn’t sure which forum to post this question. I Hope I’m not derailing this thread. Please let me know if I am.

I’ve been going to the gym for about 3 years off and on and ever since I started working out I noticed my penis “Turtles” when I do weights? It gets really small. Its as if it wants to tuck inside my body. What does this mean? Can this effect my P.E. Results in any way?
