Opinons on this girth routine.
I saw this in another thread, and wanted to get opinion’s from the threadstarter - but unfortunately he’s now banned. The poster had recommended a girth routine following these guidelines:
1. Stimulate contraction of the PC muscle.
2. Placed “ok” grip at the base of the penis.
3. Relax PC muscle.
4. Move “ok” grip towards base, BUT stopping half-way to the base.
I tried this exercise yesterday, and saw a huge increase in vascularity and size of girth while performing this exercise. Does anybody else have any experience performing an exercise similar to this? Thanks!
