I saw this in another thread, and wanted to get opinion’s from the threadstarter - but unfortunately he’s now banned. The poster had recommended a girth routine following these guidelines:

1. Stimulate contraction of the PC muscle.
2. Placed “ok” grip at the base of the penis.
3. Relax PC muscle.
4. Move “ok” grip towards base, BUT stopping half-way to the base.

I tried this exercise yesterday, and saw a huge increase in vascularity and size of girth while performing this exercise. Does anybody else have any experience performing an exercise similar to this? Thanks!

This is a “reverse jelq”. I highly do not recommend this at all.

Meant to say start at the base and move towards the glans.

Really.? What’re the negative impacts on this?

Edit: Just looked up what reverse jelqing is, and I don’t think these two activities are the same. The RJ is saying moving from the glans —> base.

I’m still moving from the base —> glans, but just adding additional pressure by contracting the PC muscle. This allows the blood that gets trapped in the penis to stay in the penis. I place my “ok” grip at the base, and once it’s tight, I relax the PC muscle. I then move only a inch or so upwards towards the glans.

Just wanted to re-clarify the method, that’s all.

This isnt a reverse jelq. It sounds like a normal jelq with kegels in between.

There we go, I think this statement says it best. Any idea what you think about doing kegels between jelq?

It’s pretty normal to kegel between jelqs; it helps keep a fairly constant erection level.
