I have done a little thinking lately bout my routine, well all routines in general. My question is this.what do you think would be more effective: doing PE 3 times a day with 10 minute session? Or doing PE all at the same time?
Here’s an example.stretch 3 times throughout the day with 10 minute sessions for a total of 30 minutes or stretching 3 times a day in a row with just enough time in between sessions to return blood flow for a total of 30 minutes?
Me personally: I’m leaning towards all at once but would like to know what others think bout this. Thanks again and always remember to do PE for ourselves and not for any other reason.
