Opinions on my routine
I’ve been knowledgeable for years and ped on and off throughout but I’ve only started serious recently , it’s been a month and a half and I’ve been using the starter routine until now. This is what my routine looks like now. 5m warmup , 5m stretching in all directions , 5m v stretches , 30m 5sec jelqs , its usually between 150 - 200 jelqs , 4 uli #3s. I was planning on using this for the next month and a half and seeing what the results are after 3 months and going from there. My question to you all is should I do 2 on , one off or stick to what I’ve been doing which is 4 on , one off. I don’t want to over or under shoot it and have wasted three months for no results.
