Hi guys, I finally restarted training after a year of stop and a partial frenectomy. I started with a routine similar to the good old times, decreasing the number of jelq, and I wanted to know your opinion about it. My first goal is to gain length, and ultimately both length and girth.
My routine is 3 days yes 1 no 2 yes 1 no (but sometimes I have days full of tasks) with:
-5 minutes hot wrap.
-2 sets of manual stretches (first with one hand latter with two hands) :
30 second manual stretches in each direction.
30 second V stretches.
1 minute BTC stretches.
-1 set of jelq (4-5 second strokes):
100 wet jelq standard OK grip.
80 wet jelq overhand OK grip.
20 jelq C grip.
20 jelq squeeze.
And again 50 wet jelq standard grip.
-5 minutes hot wrap.
-60 kegel of 6 second holds each.

Sorry for the infinite post but I wanted to make things clearer as possible and I hope that, if it’s a good routine , will be useful to other members. It might look a little too much but with the newbie routine I don’t feel my penis “trained” and I thought that adding more stress will promote a faster and better growth.

Sounds like too much. Think of yourself as a newbie and work up from there, rather than working from a slightly reduced routine that you probably spent a lot of time working up to.

You’ll be the best judge but it’s easy to overdo it coming back from a break.

I trained with the newbie routine for 1 week before starting this one and it’s going fine, I’m trying to do baby steps for now. In the end I’m doing PE since 1 years and a half (excluding the time of total break), so I know that being incautious lead to bad results and injuries. But do you think it’s a good routine for length? I used to train with this routine, even heavier, and I took 1 cm in length with ease.
