Only want length gains as a newbie.Any advice?

Im halfway through my linear newbie routine and im pretty sure ive gained 0.1 to take me to 6 inches from 5.9 and the bulk of my routine is taken up by jelqing which i dont have a problem with except that i have heard it is for girth only and not length and i have also heard gainig girth makes it harder to gain length.At this point in time im only looking for length so am i allowed or is it possible for me to only stretch as part of my newbie routine and then afterwards as part of a routine to help maximize gains on length only.Any advice would be appreciated.

Jelqing certainly acquires length. I advise searching within the forum for your answer.

Heat + stretching. There are numerous types of stratching

I’ve done the newbie routine for about 5 months, then switched to a very lightweight stretching-only routine. Don’t be put off by what may seem like “too little to work”. For a lot of folks it works just fine, all of the length gains that I got so far I got from such a routine. The thing to aim for is to be doing the least you can that will give you gains - the less potential for injury there is and the longer you can keep such a routine going without unnecessary interruptions. It’s also a lot easier to stick to.


April 2017: 6.5" BPEL -> July 2017: 7" BPEL

New goal for 2019: 5+ inches girth

My length routine: a few single 1-minute fulcrum stretches a day. Yes, that's all.
