Hello everyone. I was wondering if I could get some advice on my situation. I’m 24 years old and I have about 8.25” length and 5.75 - 6 girth. I have never done any PE and I want to get to about 6.5 girth. However, I do not want to gain anymore length as it might become uncomfortable during sex. Is there any way I can accomplish this?

Unfortunately I don’t believe you can gain girth without gaining ANY length. You may be able to keep the length to a minimum.

I would suggest 80% erect bends and probably Sadsak (spelling?) Slinky’s. Your goal should be to loosen the tunica and then pump in blood to engorge the tissues. The 80% bends are self explanatory although I would add to be careful and progress slowly; The Sadsak Slinky’s on the other hand are similar to the bends although you not only bend your penis you also move it in a you shape back and forth.

As Flak says, it’s very hard to gain girth without any length.

It would be a bad idea to start with Slinkys though, they are an advanced exercise. Advanced doesn’t mean the good stuff, it means the stuff you can only do with a conditioned dick if you don’t want to break it.

Start with the newbie routine. Use a girth centric routine after that.

Thanks for the replies guys. So if I were to do the newbie routine, I should leave out the stretches, right? Because as I understand, stretching is for increasing length by loosening the ligament, correct?

Yes, stretching is designed for loosening the ligs for length. You can do the newbie routine with just jelqing to condition the penis before moving on to more advanced routines.
