What routine would you recommend? I was going to use a bathmate but the reviews seem unhappy. I’m also scared that jelqing would break my penis. What routine/exercises can anybody recommend?

I highly recommend that you start with the Newbie Routine. You can keep following the routine for many months, as long as it is working and you are gaining from it.

In my opinion, it is too early for pumping now (also it targets girth more). As a beginner, your focus should be on conditioning your penis, learning how to perform PE exercises and how your penis responds to them. You can do all that with the Newbie Routine, and make gains as well.

Length comes easy for most. An inch in length is very possible. And keep in mind that PE is a long term process, you must be patient, consistent and persistent. Don’t rush it and gains will come.

Pay close attention to your Physiologic Indicators (PIs), its your penis talking to you, telling you if you are over training or are on the right track.

When done correctly, jelqing will not break your penis, on the contrary, it will improve your EQ and increase your penis size. But, you must be careful, exercise in moderation, never jelq with a full erection, a partial erection (about 50%) is all you need. And use a moderate light grip.
