ONLY stretches

Can one grow only by stretching, w/out jelqing? And if I choose to only stretch, how many stretches (of 30secs) should I do? The same ones that are in the newbie routine or more?

Also, I started to use cold wrap at the end instead of the classic warm one (I do use a warm wrap at the beginning). Is this bad?

1 it is possible but not desired. The amount of stretches depend on ones months of experience.

2 It isn’t bad but it ain’t required either. Do it if you like.

Bird2, would there be any specific benefit to only stretching?


Today I do what you will not so tomorrow I am able to do what you can not.

Miron in my opinion you should just follow the newbie routine. The manual exercises are there just to basically condition you for more intense stuff such as hanging and clamping.

Jelqing in my opinion is the foundation of the conditioning. To leave it out would just be stupid.

I’m guessing you just want length for right now. That’s great but you should try to follow the newbie routine unchanged for at least the first to weeks (recommended 2-3 months) Then if you are not happy with it change it to all stretching or whatever.

Don’t put all your faith in or expect to see all your gains from manual exercises. Do the newbie then move on to better things.

The cold wrap thing isn’t bad just not recommended. But if it feels better to you at the end of a routine then go for it.

No, not a special benefit with the exception that it may safe you some time. It would rather be an disadvantage, gains will be harder to achieve, which will ruin the only benefit on the long run too.

Actually many guys to expect to get all their gains from manual exercises and archieve it too. I would advise you to only go for non manual exercises if you won’t gain anything for a long period of time. See it as your last option.

I only do manual stretching and wear an extender for my routine. It works just fine.

I’m doing only stretches for now, after 2 weeks of the newbie routine, because I got a red spot on my penis and I don’t want to do nothing until it goes away.

I will get back to jelqing next week, until than only stretching for me.

I don’t believe that you need to stay on the newbie routine for 3 months. As long as you have the common sense to go slow, hold back or stop a routine that is potentially dangerous. 3 months is a long time to waste not getting any gains.

However if you do make gains by all means continue with your routine. If you don’t change things up.

An injury is way less desirable. If a guy decides to go sooner, that is their choice but don’t advice it to them. There are even guys who advice to keep doing the newbie routine for at least 6 months, in their opinion 3 months is even to fast.

Some people advice to go on the newbie routine as long as your dick grows, and change it once you see the gain is slowing down.

That’s exactly what I’m saying meiya777. By all means stay on the newbie routine if you are gaining with it. But if you are like me and after an entire 2 months of doing the newbie didn’t gain a thing then change it up. Add more exercises and try to increase the intensity of your routine.

I’m not suggesting to anyone to move on to very advanced stuff like hanging or clamping after being on the newbie routine for a short time. I’m simply saying that if after being on the newbie routine for a while and not seeing any gains to change things up. Add different exercises. Add some jelq squeezes, Ulis, V stretches or what ever your little heart desires.

That is if you have the common sense to take things slow and not cause damage to your one and only dick.
