Only stretch routine
i’m thinking penis need before only length with strecth, then, you can have girth.
I’m again the jelq as a primary exercise (as say newbye routine) because jelq do girth but very small length.
so i think that the newbye routine with only stretch (manual stretch + static stretch with a device such as andropenis) is better.
Jelq only after obtaine his length goal!
what do u think about this?
in my experience i see that with jelq you do girth without doubt, but not have length.
Before -> only length.
Then -> girth + length
i have discussed this in italian 3d but i need other opinion from world …..
