I have had good gains so far, using an extender and doing the newbe routine. Read the thread on top of the page: introducing myself

4 months, 9 hours per day and just 0.5cm gain.

3/4 of an inch in 6 months using the penimaster, averaging 3-4 hours a week, 1 hour a day max usually. Also using golf weights when I can.
I am starting to believe that working out very little to start with and increasing as the gains become slower might be a good way to do it. Maybe starting out with a lot of weight and time to fast isn’t that good.

Results are good in my opinion. Only have been using PM for two months and seeing results. Will keep using PM device and hoping for the same results as the first two months.

I fell for the device, but fell it is a scam, there is not enough tension for traction to take place, bad results for me 2 months used average 4 hours a day, nothing but ulcers on the rim of the glans, stooped soon after. Manual stretches, good gains, ADS now using the belt/drawstring method (check the thread if you haven’t). Waste of time and money for me, anyone want to buy it????????

Been using the Jes-extender for almost 9 months now, have gained 1,5 cm (might be more now, measurement date the 15Th) and I have been using it for average 4 hours 5 days a week. I also stretch, jelq and use the auto ads as of Aug/Sept.

I once used the penimaster for about 3 hours a day, jelq 30 min a day for 5 days off two for 3 months and gained 1/2” in erect girth and length.
