I wanted to try something but i had to come here to see if anyone had tried it before. I wanted to see if only jelqing would do me any good.

I know i should mix some other exercises but i wanted to be experimental.

If anyone has tried it,is doing it or gonna try it,let me kow how it went or goes.

Why not try manual stretching also? It really doesn’t take much longer to add in some stretches. I think it would be more beneficial to mix it up and do more of a newbie routine type approach.

I think you need to state your goals first. If you have 8” length and 4.4” girth and are looking for a newbie girth exercise, then yes, jelq away. If your goal is length like me, you may wat to try 30% erect jelqs and at the end of each jelq, stretch and hold for 15 - 20 seconds. That way, you get the benefits of both exercises.

Goal 8 x 6 (preferably NBPEL)

I find that I get injured whenever I stretch, but at the same time I would really like to focus on length right now. Any pointers?

To km21: I have been jelqing without stretching and I have seen better eq but no length gains.

That sounds like a really good idea i might i’ll try that for sure.
