Hello,

I noticed that most members here started with jelqing just to condition their unit. Would it be OK if I only jelq and not use any extenders or any sort of device or weights?
What are the advantages and disadvantages of jelqing over the other methods, except for that it is almost free.

I’ve read lots of posts from people who have only jelqed, and gained nice amounts. Also jelq + stretching it is the bread and butter of PE so I don’t see how it would be ineffective.

From what I’ve read, it seems that those who go beyond the standard jelqing and stretching routines are just trying to “take it to the next level”. There is plenty of evidence that a good stretching and jelqing routine - done consistently - can get you noticeable gains. Don’t downplay the stretching though; it’s crucial to growth and locking in gains.

Current Stats (DEC '18): BPEL - 8.0" Base EG - 6.4" NBPFL - 5.75"

Every vet will tell you to start with the newbie routine before making your own routines. Don’t get creative and hurt yourself beforehoubever get started.

In my routines I use other exercises but my bread and butter is the full wet jelq. Unlike most I prefer to break it up into steps like 30,25,20,15,10 (100),each with enough time to recover in between. I find this method allows me to perform more proper form jelqs and less edging to get the right erection level.

When I started PE, I did only jelqs because I didn’t know anything else. Then I discovered Thundersplace… During 4 months I’ve done only jelqs. I gained about 8 mm (0.3”) in BPEL. When I added stretching and other exercises, I continued to the same rate.,
