I’ve decided to PE solely for EQ. Gains are ok, but completely behind any EQ gains. With this said, as a newbie, should I just jelq or should I keep on doing the normal newbie routine? Or maybe decrease the stretching?


Starting stats: NBPEL:6.5 | MSEG:5.25 (around 3/1/2010)

Short-term goals NBPEL:7.25| MSEG: 5.65

Just jelq. Jelq alone can give gains also, stretches are added if one wants more of length gains.

For me pumping along with jelqing gives me great EQ you could lightly pump along with the jelq routine.

Jelqing and kegels. That’s really all you need in my book.

Kegels and jelqing can be the answer..

Can’t kegel, it gives me premature ejaculation due to involuntary contractions.

If you do enough kegels and strengthen up your pc muscle you can hold the spunk back! Thats one of the reasons for doing kegels is to multiple orgasm, i bet 100 premature ejacs in one session would feel sooooo good lol

I’m seeing fast improvements in both flaccid hang and in EQ just a few days after I started taking some herbal supplements:
-Korean red ginseng
-gingko biloba
-lecithin

Probably the effects I’m seeing are due to the first 2, (of course I’m also religiously doing my own somewhat more intense version of the newbie routine, but improvements have come quickly since taking supps)
