Hi. I think I´ve used a good routine and have gained alot in flaccid condition. About 1 inch in lenght and ca 0,5 inches in girth but the problem is that my erect measures aren’t`t moving. Any ideas?

Well I read before that if your flaccid gains are coming that means your tunica has grown but if the erect gains haven’t come it’s a problem in your smooth tissue. You can get more smooth tissue by basically jelqing, but also do kegels to help with your new size.

I’ve been doing PE for 5+ years, and I rarely ever measure my progress with a ruler. Instead, I pay attention to the way it feels, looks and works. You’ve got to realize that PE is a marathon rather than a sprint. Remember to stay safe, and pay attention to your body for signals that things are working well, or that something needs to change in order to ensure safety or to do something new that might work better. Congratulations on the flaccid gains, by the way. It must feel great to know that you now look a lot better nude.


My routine is: Stretching in 6-8 directions, one minute each ( maybe a bit longer) so about 10 min total stretching.
100-140 jelqs with a couple different grip modifications. About 10 minutes.
I usually add some bending to that.

I try do do this mon-fri and have weekends off.

You might have to increase jelqing a bit, do as many reps you can while still maintaining positive PI’s.
