Only C Grip

Hello.

I have one simple doubt, I started doing the Starters program, I didn’t feel too much comfortable doing the wet jelqs, can I do just the C Grip (dry jelqs) with the program?

Yes, you can substitute dry jelqs for wet jelqs if you are more comfortable with them.
