Hi guys,

Has anyone tried ADS only?

If have tried, would you care to report your gains?

I have jelqed and stretched for the whole time I PEed.
I just have bought a stretcher and it feels so light, so light that I just can not start to believe that it works.

Please reply.

Plenty of studies online using extenders (an Italian one comes to mind) they’re the same principle inherently. Yes the subjects made gains.

Yes I know, but are you one of them?

I mean if this is as effective as the study suggests, that would mean I would stop jelqing, stretching and most important of all this would mean that my penis will grow itself even without me focusing on it an hour a day. This would be more than perfect.

But being the sceptic that I am, I still keep jelqing and stretching besides wearing pro-extender for two hours a day.

Anything is possible everybody body is different. I have done ads by itself from time to time and think that it has attributed to at least .25to .50 of my total length. I am currently using pe weights and jelq daily and am at 6.75 up from 6.5 in June.


Started: 5.0bpelx5.0mseg.

Now:6.7bpelx5.7mseg/6.0bg

I used one from August of 09 to Feb or March of 2010. I went from BPEL 5.875 to 6.75. Yes they work. I wish my privacy issues didn’t put a stop to using and ADS.


Starting Stats: BPEL = 5.875, EG = 4.375 <> Current Stats: BPEL = 7.25, EG = 4.6

More than 1” of my gains are from an extender and it’s usually all I use. Right now just 2 sets a day at 1 hour each, but at max tension. By max tension, I mean if I press the bars toward me while strapped in, they only move about 1 cm.

When I hear about people not gaining from an extender I don’t understand it. Yes everyone is different, but traction is something that has been proven to create new cells. I usually think they’re either not using enough tension, or using a lot of other methods in addition to the extender and overtraining. I’ve always favored an all out, max tension stretch for less time than an easy, comfortable level of traction for hours and hours a day.

This is encouraging

I believe more ADS than jelqing and manual streching. Jelq sure can make veins work better but my problem with jelq was always having trouble with erection. Now I use only ADS as much as can, but not even every day since my unit hurts. Streching long time rather than manual strech for short period of time makes more sense to me, and yes, its proven to be effective.


Start 20.4.2010: BPEL = 6.6 EG = 4.3 EGB = 4.8

Current: BPEL = 6.9 EG = 4.7 EGB = 4.9

Goal: BPEL = 7.5 EG = 5+

I began to add extender to my jelqing and stretching routine 2 weeks ago, and getting excited over these post I measured again and saw that I have gained an extra millimeters in flaccid length.

I used pro-extender for an hour or two per 3 days each week.

And for funny guys, no I do not use the extender while I jelq or stretch. :)

My LOT is about 9 o’clock so I use the extender at 12 o’clock angle. I was very sceptical about using an extender after reading the TGC theory, since I am a jelq gainer according to TGC.

After reading these encouraging answers, I will keep using ADS more and more until I reach my goal. Thanks again.

Forget LOT.Use it at the angle/position where you can extend the most or you feel comfortable the most.

In other words, how long after you started using the device did you get results

And how much gain did you generally get, at what rate? (.1 in every month? .25inch every 3 months.etc)

I probably started seeing results after a couple months, but since I was only using it once a week, that’s like 8 sessions.

I didn’t keep a log of my measurements, but I know where I started and after 3 1/2 years I gained about 1.8"
Now it’s been 4 1/2 years and I’ve gained 2.2"

I don’t measure very often and I don’t expect to gain at a certain rate. Don’t measure too much and expect to gain a certain length in a certain time frame. It will be depressing if you don’t make it, and you’re going to lose motivation. Just think positively and don’t rush it.

Hanging witht the bib never did all that much for me. I was a hanger for I’d say 6 months, 3 hours a day, and got maybe .25 bpel. Wasn’t worth the time and effort for such miniscule gains.

But I’m going to stick with the extender for another 6 weeks. If I don’t see anything then, then I may just stop. That would be a combined 12 weeks straight with no gains. Then, I would know it just isn’t for me. Although, extenders should be. They make the most sense to me, as far as increasing size, and length.
