I’m wondering if I can gain by only using ADS?

I’m also wondering which ADS of the following 3 I would try.

I have tried a number of ADS, IMO Jes Extender is the best in terms of ease of use and quality of construction. If you go the ADS route make sure to order padding from their site or create a sufficient substitute.

If you are determined to use an ADS or extender, try making an homemade one - do a search, there are fine threads on this topic, and you could save good money.

Anyway, a not too demanding manual based routine could give you faster and better gains without spending a cent.

That study would deter me from using an ADS. For a 12 month period, only flaccid length increased, but very marginally. To me, definitely not worth the effort. Its nice to have a longer flaccid hang, but I’d be more interested in girth (which the ADS did not help) AND most importantly erect length/girth. Stretched flaccid means nothing to me… when was the last time a woman said to you, WOW- look at how long I can stretch your limp dick?

The study doesn’t address EL with any metrics, so who knows what the gains were. Most people who use ADS claim some erect gains and ADS are the only devices with any peer reviewed medical data supporting their effectiveness, that I am aware of.

Flaccid length is very important. It’s great if you get to fuck a girl with a 7 1/2 inch cock, but if it retracts to a 2 incher when you’re done you’re doing a walk of shame to the bathroom.

Of-course I want EL & EG as well but I don’t like the walk of shame and the bathroom thing at the gym.

2. FL
3. EL

Yes, solely wearing an ADS without doing other PE exercizes, such as clamping, jelqing or manuel stretching, can increase erect length. As someone who has gained from exclusively wearing an ADS but hasn’t had a consistent jelqing or clamping routine, I can testify to this fact.

However, I should point out that gains come very slowly from solely wearing an ADS. It took me one year to go from 5.8” to 6.5” - 6.6”.

People speak about an ADS mostly benefitting flaccid length. But from my experience, this is not true. I’ve taken deconditioning breaks, and my flaccid size, though it increased by about 1.5”, went back to its original length.

I would describe the ADS as something that supplements a regular PE routine.

If you don’t have erection problems or any other impediment that prevents you from doing regular PE exercizes, I would do them in addition to wearing an ADS.
