Ongoing PE routine

I’ve been doing my routine for a while and I’ve noticed that after my routine my flaccid penis looks much larger. Soon after I finish my routine, my unit shrinks until the next day. I have to admit this is very discouraging. It reminds me of working out the bisects to get a noticeable pump and then the pump going away. I’ve been treating my PE just as this, a bodybuilding routine. Doing my exercises, then drinking protein and taking amino acids for recovery.

My routine consists of: warm up

Rice sock for 8-10 min . Then stretching and holding each direction for 30 seconds

3 sets if 50 jelqs (jelq with right and left motion = 1 rep) total of 300

3 sets of power jelq (trapping blood in penis with ok grip at the base then with the other ok hand grip doing the jelq)

This feels like it is doing wonders for my overall size gains.

3 sets of the big squeeze (laying my unit on a hard surface and pushing down with the palm of my hand)

This makes me feel like a porn star.

Warm down Warm wash cloth for 5 min.

I like the way this makes me look when I am done, but I wish the effect would last longer. Anyone out there got any advice?
