One week on One week off Concept
I’m interested if anyone has attempted 7 days On – 7 days Off Routine for girth and an everyday routine for length. I believe that the ligaments need constant tension (everyday) I.e. To stretch it out into a permanent elongated length. With regard to the girth, correct me if I’m wrong, requires a long healing period.
Any comments? I’m entertaining this concept; however, if anyone has tried this and it does not have merit, please let me know.
