One month progress and routine
Dabbled in PE in the past but nothing to committed, one month ago I started to take it seriously. I have already noticed some positive results, growing about 1/16-1/8 of an inch in length, and having a way better and fuller flaccid hang. I am 18 so my EQ was good to start but have noticed some real stiff morning wood.
For my routine I am doing mems routine with a couple of nuances. After the 20 minute stretch I finish with a dld blaster. And I also do some JAI stretches and a dld blaster before I go to bed. I left the jelqing portions of mems routine the same. I am really looking for length.
