One month - nothing happens
I’ve started PE 1 month ago and I usually do the following: warming up, 200 dry jelques, warming down. Schedule: one day on, one day off.
I have not noticed any change at all, besides sometimes doughnut and red dots (which of course both disappear after some time).
I am disappointed at the moment but can understand that nothing related to PE happens quickly.
Do you guys think, that it will work out with me even if I continue the routine I did so far?
