One month, nothing gained!
I’ve been on my routine for one month now but have no gain?
I was pretty sure that i had gained some since junior look different, more veins visible and hang more in the max flacid length state.
Well, anyway, I will not give up until I reach my goal (8x6) what so ever, even if it will take me a few years to get there!!
Any comments on my routine, maybe I should change it?
5 min hot wrap
10 min stretching
150 3 - 5 sek jelq
warm down in hot shower
2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off ( I changed my frequency from 5 on 2 off after week 3)
