One month, my results

One month, my results

I have now been PEing for one month, following the newbie routine and have gained 1/2” which I see as being a fair result. However no girth gains have arrived yet.

My current routine

5 mins warm up
10 x 1 min stretches
10 mins Jelqing, might up this to 15
kegels
5 mins warm down

Questions does stress affect growth?
What do I add to routine to get girth growth?

Have told girlfriend, but no real difference to sex yet, I am small but luckily she is tight she does her kegels regularly. However I swear that the ex dumped me cause of size and claimed lack of chemistry. Still a long way till till i reach the 8x6. Sadly I think that most of my gains have been made as I have trimmed the hair round my Johnson.

How do you measure every time? BPEL>Do you push a stick ruler to the pubic bone at the base of you manhood, or do you just hold one next to it?

What are your measurements?

Bone pressed measuring is the most reliable way to measure, you’ll see it’s more accurate

I agree with Cody B: it really is important to find a standard to measure! Do a search and you’ll certainly find how to measure “BPEL”!

Thanks guys but I do measure BPEL, but I mean psychologically when I look down, it really does not look any bigger. Was wondering what the best exercises to add on to the newbie routine are?

You could try doing ulis to gain girth, but take it very easy when you start. Cableclamping gets good results, but seems pretty dangerous to me. Whatever you do, try to incorporate your girth exercises between sets of jelqs, it will prevent the “cold-tip” syndrome. And the reason why it doesn’t look bigger is because you look at it every day. Not to mention that we have a rotten perspective of our penis to judge increases in lenght.

Oh, well then awesome gains! great job, just make sure your cementing them. I gained 1/4 of an inch in length, took a few days off of my routine and lost it.

Have just realised not 1/2 inch, as that would be 8/16 and Ive gained 5/16, my bad. I am so used to metric the only time I use inches is to measure my dick.

im on my 3.rd day and cant wait to be on my first month and see how im doing.

Nice gains and keep it up. I am hoping I continue getting gains like I did the first month. Couple weeks till I measure agains so we will see. You might want to consider taking before pics so you can see your progress later. I did but after I had gained a little but I’ve already seen improvements after the pics. I will probably take pics at my next measurements and post them.
