Hey everyone!

It has been about one month since I really started my PE work and I am very happy with what has been gained!

I started around 6.20” EBPL and 5.00” EG and now I am at 6.50” EBPL and still 5.00” EG. My flaccid length has also gone up to about 5.00”.

I’ve been mainly working on getting more length and things are looking pretty good right now. I just realized I should work more on my girth because nothing has changed in that department.

Hopefully by the end of next month I will have continued my length gains and maybe add a little more to the girth department.

I will post pictures if I ever get around to it.

Also, for the past two weeks my girlfriend and I have been having more sex and it has been great. She hasn’t seemed to notice any changes and that’s probably because nothing astounding has happened. Maybe she will say something if I amd able to add more girth to my little friend.

What exercises have you been using and how often do you do it, I just started 3 days ago and according to the format it’s 2 days on 1 day off, and today was my day off but I feel kinda guilty, should I just go everyday, or will I ware myself out, should I also start to increase my jelqs from 200-250 to maybe 300? Or too much too soon?

For the time being, stick to the Newbie Routine, no need to especialize your workout, yet. A month is too little time to predict or even know what the effect would be on your penis. It’s absolutely possible that you see girth increments in a month or two. When your dick gets well condition and has exhausted the benefits from the basic routines, start to make the changes that take you in the direction you want to go. Patience is the key word.

Well bad news, I just warmed up and did a little stretching and blood just came out of my penis.so aparently I did something wrong :\

Just great.I guess I need to take a break. And Wow, that was a scary sight seeing blood on my dick.

Basically all I did was stretch and jelq, with no real time slot. I usually stetch in the morning before my shower then I jelq while in the shower. And I will usually stretch more at night without taking a day off. But now I think I will rest some to let myself heal.

Usually this kind of bleeding is of little importance, although rest is always in order.

Please explain in detail the nature of your injury.

From where did the blood come out?

Was it from the Meatus, Urethra?

What amount of blood did you observe?

Did you have any pain?

How long did you bleed?

Is it possible that you bled from a superficial wound or chaffing?

Add any other information that might help us get a better picture of your problem. Please be as especific as you can.

I bled from the Urethra.

There was just one drop of blood on my finger and it was a small drop.

There was no pain at all.

I didn’t bleed long, just enough to see one drop.

All I did was some simple stretches and I saw blood on my finger. It was only one drop and no more showed up. I am not going to do any exercises today. Would it be bad to do something sexual with my girlfriend tonight or should I try and avoid that?

I would avoid doing PE exercises, sex or masturbation for a few days if I were you…

Since you were stretching before your shower, did you use a different warm-up method before stretching? What about your night stretches, any heat-up at that time? Just curious. Congrats on the gains!

While I haven’t had it happen to me, and haven’t studied the cause(s) in detail, it’s doesn’t seem too uncommon to see posts of this occurring. Perhaps you have already done this, but in case you haven’t, by doing a search on ‘bleeding’ or ‘blood’, you can read about other members that have had such happen to them. Pressure is often mentioned as cause, and type of grip comes up also as possible culprit at times.

The only thing is I have been stretching like this for a good month now and I have never seen blood. The only change in my routine was the use of a clamp. I believe that might have had something to do with the blood I saw. Since I clamped earlier that day for a little bit, I might have injured a vein because my dick was actually looking a bit small, like it was hurt.

So I am now on my second day off with no exercises, and oddly enough, my dick has been feeling and looking a lot bigger than normal. Maybe I will do some light stretching late tonight and I will go from there.
