One month into the newbie routine-
After my first month of PE I am pleased to report some positive results already showing!
Although my gains haven’t been huge, I’ll be happy with small consistent monthly gains like this:

Gaining almost a cubic inch makes me realise how every little gain counts; another big positive has been a serious improvement in EQ.
I’ve stuck religiously to the newbie routine, with the exception of lighter stretching (to save time) as I’m not really aiming for length.
I feel like only in the last week have I really found a good jelq form too, and am hopeful this will start to show in my stats.
To any newbies just started or about to start, please heed the advice of senior members of carrying out a full inventory before starting. Even if you cannot see the worth in measuring certain things now- do it! Otherwise you’ll regret not having a full inventory of starting measurements to refer back to when assessing gains.
