One month into the newbie routine, ZERO gain


I’ve been doing the newbie routine for one month now. 2 days on 1 day off, and increasing the time stretching and jelqing every week, and I’ve been doing tons of kegels (and some fowfers now and then). My erection is a bit harder and I get harder morning wood. But I’ve gotten ZERO (0,0) length gain after one month?

What am I doing wrong?

But everyone’s talking about these “newbie-gains” that you get in like one month. Shouldn’t I see anything at all?

Most guys don’t. I didn’t see anything until after three months. We just have a defect that makes us zero in on the guys who get early newbie gains. Makes us think we are the only ones not gaining, which is not the case at all.

I would have been happy with the improved erections and morning wood myself but that’s just me.

It took me almost 6 months before I got noticeable gains. But they’ve come faster the second part of the year (started in Jan 2007) for me since I’m better conditioned now and can do more rigorous exercises. Keep on truckin. The positive PI’s you’re getting are a good sign. Once you’re well conditioned you may see better gains as you move on to more advanced techniques.

One thing I’ve learned is very important, that I didn’t pay much attention to in the beginning, is warming up/down. I had pretty impressive gains right off the bat, but I can’t help but think they might have been even better had I taken warming up and down as seriously as I took the exercises themselves. So make sure you are warming up and down like your gains depend on it. They really do, in a pretty big way.
