One month and going strong
Figured I’d check in and talk a bit about my good self now that I’ve tried PE for a month (actually been meaning to sooner because of a couple of questions I have, but been postponing it).
I found this forum by chance. I’ve always had low confidence concerning my body, and most of it coming from the fact that I’m about average sized when it comes to my penis, along with the fact
That I’m quite tall (189cm ~6’ 2.4”) I always felt it was a bit small (measurements later in the post). I’ve always been thinking about ways to get a bigger penis, but not until recently did I get a ‘reason’
To do it, partially because I read it would increase EQ as well and being just under 20 (couple of months) I figured EQ shouldn’t be a problem for me.
My measurements are as follows:
At start (18/1-11)
NBPEL: 13,5cm ~5.3”
BPEL: 15cm ~5.9”
Midshaft EG: 10,5cm ~4.14”
Base EG: 11cm ~4.3”
I wish I would have measured my EG right behind the glans when I started, but I didn’t think it’d matter. I now however, have a different opinion seeing as I can see quite a difference from it used to look like.
Current (after a bit more then a month)
NBPEL: 14cm ~5.5” (+0.5cm)
BPEL: 16cm ~6.3” (+1cm This confuses me a bit, shouldn’t NBPEL and BPEL have a rather parallel gain?)
Midshaft EG: 11cm ~4.3” (+0.5cm)
Base EG: 12cm ~4.7” (+1cm)
My primary goal is length, and I figured a long term goal would be somewhere around 17-18cm BPEL giving me about 16cm NBPEL with about 12-13cm EG.
Getting a bit of girth on the side is nothing I’m going to see as negative, in fact it makes me feel bigger overall.
We’ll see, maybe when/if I get there I won’t be happy. I can tell from some of the senior members and older posts that being happy with your unit isn’t a common feeling around here. ;)
I’ve also noted incredible gain in EQ and an increase in my average FL, the morning wood sometimes wakes me up because I’m laying on top of it and it’s trying to lift me from the mattress.
As well as a generally harder penis, it’s all good so far.
My current routine is basically the Newbie Routine with a big more heating then what is said in the original,
Also - I’ll use compass markings for stretching directions since I think it makes more sense to describe SU as north, SD as south etc.;
5-10min warmup with a hot wet towel and two ziploc water bags filled with the hottest possible water from my tap (the towel eases the heat a bit so it doesn’t hurt)
5-10min stretching at SW/S/SE/N/SO at 30 seconds each, and I just started trying to incorporate BTC-stretching just to try it out and see how it feels.
5-10min warmth with the residual heat left in the bags.
10-30min Jelqing (started with dry ones, but switched to wets after trying it once), the reason for the varying time is based on how it feels.
Then a warmdown for a minimum of 5 minutes, varying up to 20min or until I can’t feel the heat anymore. (This with new bags of warm water)
I’m very sensitive to damage, and after reading a couple of threads on injuries I figured that as soon as I feel genuine discomfort or something feels very wrong I quit, warmdown, and then I’m done for the day.
This sensitivity however I think might become a problem after I quit gaining from the newbie routine. Since I think too much pressure = genuine discomfort, and from what I can tell almost everything after
The newbie routine involves a lot of pressure.
My whole situation leads me to a couple of questions:
When should I consider the pressure ‘too much’ or is this one of those incredibly individual feelings?
Is my warmth-method over the top? It makes me feel safer with not damaging anything, but maybe I’m just ‘overprotective’ of my penis? I figure better safe then sorry though.
I read about reverse kegels, and someone said it’s the same way you do when you want to push out your pee, how do I do this without tightening my abs? ‘Cause I figure it’s going to look mighty stupid in bed if I start flexing my stomach.
I tested the LOT-theory in front of a mirror and noticed I’m between 12 (massive tugback) and 9 (barely visible tugback), based on this, would my stretch angles be correct?
That’s all I can think about for now, I’ll probably update each month or so with progress or setbacks.
Any feedback would be appreciated. :)
Let me know if I ill behaved on any of the forum guidelines, I tried following them but I might have missed something.
