One Month and about 12 days into Newbie Routine

A few questions.

I been doing about anywhere from 100 to 200 Dry Jelqs per session, no gains(no problem there I’m just starting out) but since I started PE the skin of my penis seems/looks a bit looser, like I added some skin to my flaccid penis. Is this NORMAL?

I do all my Jelqs in the seated position should I do ‘em standing up?
When I do my jelqs I put good pressure on my penis, but I don’t feel any blood being pushed up to the shaft. Maybe it has to do with having such a small girth 4”.

-My erections have improved
-I get morning wood more often
-I’m using an ADS for an average of 2-4 hours a day
-I switch up routines days from 2/1, sometimes do 3/1 and one day my penis was a bit sore nothing terrible so I took an extra day off.
-Warm up/down every time, however sometimes after warming up my penis doesn’t stretch out as much when I do my stretching exercises. Sometime I get a better stretch after allowing the penis to cool down from the warm up.
-My Penis head seems to be full/fatter/engorged(?)

HOWEVER
-My Penis turtles like a bastard all the way down to 1” inch flaccid.
-I still need porn assistance to maintain an erection to do my jelqs. I usually can only get in about 12 or so jelqs before I started going flaccid. I’m guessing most of this happens because I’m very overweight 310 pounds now down to 290 since starting PE and trying to improved both health and increase penis size.

Okay maybe not that many questions but just comments of what I have been doing for the last month and a half in my PE life.

OKAY one BIG QUESTION, when doing Bone-Pressed measurements how hard should I push into the fat pad?? NON Bone Press I’m 4 inches, but pushing into the FAT PAD(bone-pressed) I can go from 5” to almost 6”.

Well if you want a consistent measurment each time, push as hard as you comfortably can that way you don’t leave out an extra 1/16 or even 1/8 of error room to take our more chances of possible error.

You should do a kegel before each jelq, a kegel will push the blood into your penis, then jelq it up towards the head, you will notice the difference.

Maybe you would be better off measuring without pressing against the bone, because if your bone press increases up to 2 inches, you will get a more precise measurement if you do not, when I bone press I can only gain half an inch, I am fairly slim though.

By the sounds of it, you could gain an inch or more by loosing some more weight around the abdomen also, congrats on your weight loss so far!

You’ve actually been doing it longer than me, but I can at least attempt to give you some of my opinions.

1. From what I’ve read, and what I understand about the anatomy of the penis, you don’t want to be much more than half erect when you Jelq. If you think about the physics of it, it makes sense. What I feel when I Jelq is basically a partially engorged mass moving through a sort of tough sheath and (hopefully) stretching that sheath.maybe this is psychosomatic b/c of all the reading I’ve been doing on it as of late, but as far as Jelqs go, that’s the idea I think.

2. I can’t get a good stretch if I’m half erect (like right after Jelqs). So whole think about the cooling maybe due to that or it might be b/c you feel the stretch more when the ligs are cooler because the stretch has to occur more at the attachment to the bone/muscle than in the length of the lig. That makes sense, but I totally made it up, so don’t read too much into it.

3. Great job on the 20lbs weight loss. I’ve started getting healthy too (well, just since the Superbowl, but I’m going to stick with it). Luckily I’ve always had a pretty good metabolism, but I’m getting old and know I gotta exercises and eat better. That’s great man, whether PE works like you want it to or not, get in shape man, that’s one of the best things you can do.

Hopefully the next 20lbs you lose can be off-set by your monster dick.ok, maybe not 20lbs.

I never gained from manual girth exercises (light or high intensity ones). As for your skin… if you’re cut, yes, I suppose you should gain a little extra skin.

I tried doing it standing up but it was far more exhaustive, not to mention the increased fat pat difficulties. You should feel some kind of girth expansion, this has nothing to do if you’re 2” or 7” in girth. As you squeeze your penis at the base you should naturally expand the rest of it (like a balloon filled with water). Maybe you should increase your erection level while jelqing and see what happens.

Same happens here, buddy; I’m fatso at the moment, so, that is to be expected. You should, however, measure ALWAYS the exact same way, no matter how much the ruler tells you. It really doesn’t matter the REAL value of how big you are except telling other people so. If you measure always the exact same you can keep track whether you’re gaining or not — and that’s what matters after all.
