One Month and about 12 days into Newbie Routine
A few questions.
I been doing about anywhere from 100 to 200 Dry Jelqs per session, no gains(no problem there I’m just starting out) but since I started PE the skin of my penis seems/looks a bit looser, like I added some skin to my flaccid penis. Is this NORMAL?
I do all my Jelqs in the seated position should I do ‘em standing up?
When I do my jelqs I put good pressure on my penis, but I don’t feel any blood being pushed up to the shaft. Maybe it has to do with having such a small girth 4”.
-My erections have improved
-I get morning wood more often
-I’m using an ADS for an average of 2-4 hours a day
-I switch up routines days from 2/1, sometimes do 3/1 and one day my penis was a bit sore nothing terrible so I took an extra day off.
-Warm up/down every time, however sometimes after warming up my penis doesn’t stretch out as much when I do my stretching exercises. Sometime I get a better stretch after allowing the penis to cool down from the warm up.
-My Penis head seems to be full/fatter/engorged(?)
-My Penis turtles like a bastard all the way down to 1” inch flaccid.
-I still need porn assistance to maintain an erection to do my jelqs. I usually can only get in about 12 or so jelqs before I started going flaccid. I’m guessing most of this happens because I’m very overweight 310 pounds now down to 290 since starting PE and trying to improved both health and increase penis size.
Okay maybe not that many questions but just comments of what I have been doing for the last month and a half in my PE life.
OKAY one BIG QUESTION, when doing Bone-Pressed measurements how hard should I push into the fat pad?? NON Bone Press I’m 4 inches, but pushing into the FAT PAD(bone-pressed) I can go from 5” to almost 6”.
