One Hangs Lower

One of my testicles.the one that’s in pain.hangs about .5-.75 inches lower than the other smaller nut. The larger is at least 1.5x the size of the smaller.normal?or biiiiiiiiiiiig problem?

That it hangs lower is normal, but it’s not normal to have any pain.

Go to the doctor.

What about the difference in size?? We’re talking a left nut here (my left) that is a minimum of 1.5x the size of the right

Yup, different hanging and different size is normal. PAIN is not normal, get that checked out.

One hangs lower than the other so they don’t clang together when you walk. Also testicles are not symmetrical or identical in size, but if one is sore or swollen you should most certainly have it looked at.

You have pain in your nuts — go to the doctor!

Then when everything checks out, that’s when you “whew”!

I had water-hernia (or what its called in english) when I was little. Since then, my right nut has been very tight. When my package gets warm, my left nut is hanging, while my right still is close to my body. I really hate this, ‘cause it looks so stupid, the difference can be up to 2 inches… I also suffer from pain in the right nut when my balls get cold, because it gets so tight that it squeezes onto my body. I hope there’s a possible surgery to do, ‘cause I want my ball to be free :) .

Its a matter of developmental embryology. The blood vessels feeding the left testicle pass over the left renal vessels, hence it hangs higher than the right.

Yes, there may also be some asymetry for various reasons. If that’s the way they have always been - one larger than the other - that OK. However, ……… if there has been a change, particularly with pain, go see your doctor, soon.
