One day on. One day off.

I’ve been sore during workouts.. I’ve been trying to go 2 days on, one day off.. But I’m thinking of going one day on, one day off.

Has anyone has success with this?

Mr routine:

15 Min Hot Sock Warmup
20 Min Manual Stretches
100 Reg Jelqs
400 Jelqs w Squeeze at the Top
Then usually a Hot Shower


Start: BPEL 7 3/8" EG Base 5 5/8" NBPEL 6.5" (apx)

Current: BPEL 7 3/4" EG Base 6" Head 4 5/8" NBPEL 7"

Don’t overdo the jelqs. Really, 100-200 jelqs is all you need.

15min Hot sock warmup is too much as well. Only 5min is needed to break down the tissue in the penis.

20min manual stretches is too much. I would say somewhere between 10-15min is adequate.

Hot shower is good too.

2 days on, 1 off is good enough. If you would like to do 1 day on, 1 off for your current routine. That would make sense since your routine is pretty high volume for 2 days on 1 off.


BPFSL: 7.5in BPEL: 7.25in NBPEL: 6.25in MSEG: 5.2in

Hey. I didnt mean I’ve been doing PE only for a month.. I just upped my jelqs from 400 to 500.

Yes, my routine is feeling high volume for 2 on, one off.

I’ve been told since I wanted length and girth it was important to be stretching as well as jelqing.

Do you guys think I should cut my routine down and do it 2 on, 1 off.. Or should I continue the routine and do it every other day.

Right now I’m leaning towards the latter.
