One a day supplements?

One a day supplements?

Hey all. I know supplement threads have been done in the past but I have a specific question in mind. Supplements are pretty expensive, and I bought some l arginine, ginko bilboa, fish oil, and l lysine, but previous threads have suggested much larger quantities per day than the pills have and to take that much would mean killing the entire bottle in a very short time. Are there any supplements that people feel aid in the PE process that can be taken affordably, such as one or two pills per day? I know the science is still out on whether they do anything at all but no harm in trying right?

Take the money you’d spend on supplements and spend it on top quality food instead. That’s the way the human body evolved to get nutrients in the first place. Nothing in a bottle can get close to the complex array of natural, not synthetic, nutrients in real foods.

Good advice.

Thunder's Place: increasing penis size one dick at a time.

I’m in support of what calfaddict said. Top quality and balanced diet will go a lot further in the long run.

Pre-PE 11/11 BPEL 5.9 EG 5.3

Started PE: 3/12 BPEL 6.0 EG 5.6 * Current: BPEL 7.0 EG 5.9 BPSL 7.4 Nut Lgth 2.5" * Goal: BPEL 7.3 EG 6.3 BPSL 8.00

Mind over matter. All of life is transitional.

You need to know what the various sups can do and why you are taking them. L Arginine for example is used by many fitness people in the 2-3g/day range. If you want to plump up your trout and have porn-like splat shots you are looking more in the 5-10g/day range. In neither case will it make your trout larger.

Why are you taking these supps and what do you expect/hope to archive through their use? To say that the science is still out on whether or not various supps work or not is untrue. While the science is out on some things for many others we do know that they have potential benefits. It is simply that many guys take them in the hopes of achieving kooky internet claims.Take a look at Supplements for what they actually can do for you.

The links below will give you an idea of the top price you should be willing to pay for L Arginine and Fishoil. I expect that you are over paying.
