One a day supplements?
Hey all. I know supplement threads have been done in the past but I have a specific question in mind. Supplements are pretty expensive, and I bought some l arginine, ginko bilboa, fish oil, and l lysine, but previous threads have suggested much larger quantities per day than the pills have and to take that much would mean killing the entire bottle in a very short time. Are there any supplements that people feel aid in the PE process that can be taken affordably, such as one or two pills per day? I know the science is still out on whether they do anything at all but no harm in trying right?
