Old member starting again
I did the newbie routine for 2-3 months like 5-6 years ago, but now I’m starting again. I gained quite a bit of lenght during those months although I mainly wanted girth, which is my main objective once again.
I’m currently at 6.7 EL and 4.7 EG. I’m 5’7” tall and weigh only 128.5lbs.
I’ve set my first goal to 7” EL and 5” EG with my final goal being 7.5 EL and 5.5 EG.
Looking what some of you have gained I’m positive that gaining 0.8” in lenght and girth is possible, but then again I’m mainly worried that I won’t gain that much girth if any at all.
I’m going to do the newbie routine for a couple of months and when the gains stop then I’m going to try some new exercises.
