Hi everyone

I did the newbie routine for 2-3 months like 5-6 years ago, but now I’m starting again. I gained quite a bit of lenght during those months although I mainly wanted girth, which is my main objective once again.
I’m currently at 6.7 EL and 4.7 EG. I’m 5’7” tall and weigh only 128.5lbs.

I’ve set my first goal to 7” EL and 5” EG with my final goal being 7.5 EL and 5.5 EG.

Looking what some of you have gained I’m positive that gaining 0.8” in lenght and girth is possible, but then again I’m mainly worried that I won’t gain that much girth if any at all.
I’m going to do the newbie routine for a couple of months and when the gains stop then I’m going to try some new exercises.

Am I overdoing it?

I don’t think that I’ve ever been a morning wood person, only having it on rare occasions. Since starting PE at the beginning of this month I have had more morning wood, but weaker and less frequent erections during the day.
Overall I feel my EQ has gone down. I’ve been doing the newbie routine with 20 second stretches instead of 30 and 20 minutes of jelqing (for ~200 jelqs). 2 days on 1 off.

I would try cutting the jelqs down too 100 a day, that was and still is my perfect number, just make sure you concentrate on every single jelq, also if girth is your goal try dry jelqs. Or at least try the dry jelqing motion I do dry jelqs but still lube up because it is more comfortable and easier to maintain exact erection percentage you want. Also keep a positive attitude man! Having your first post back saying your afraid you wont gain isn’t good brotha! Stay positive and consistant and gains will come!

Perhaps switch to one day on one off and see how that feels, ease the initial pressure of your jelqs as well treat the first fifty as warming up to full force.

Yes, I warmup for 5 minutes, do stretches, warm up for another 2 minutes and then do my jelqing. After that, again, 5 minutes.

I’m taking a small break, until wednesday, or less/more, depending how my EQ is.
When I start again I’m going to try 1 on/1 off and do the first 50 or so with less intensity.

1 on/1 off definitely suits me more. Much better EQ and smoother PE sessions.

I’m uncircumsized and do dry jelqs, maybe that’s why I was overdoing it before, trying to start with 200 dry jelqs was probably too much.
At the moment I’m not counting how many and how long I’m jelqing. Usually after 10-15 minutes into it I get this feeling like a ton of blood is trying to rush into my penis and I get a very hard erection, harder then I would get during sex or masturbation.
That’s when I clamp at he base with my hand for about 10 seconds and end my session.

I’ve noticed the same thing that I noticed when I tried PE for the first time years ago, my glans seem to get a lot bigger. Don’t know if it’s just because of better EQ or the way I jelq.

I’m going to continue the 1 on /1 off schedule and maybe increase stretching from 20 seconds to 30.

After two months, measurement time.

I’ve had two mini breaks (4 days both times). Again, mentally really focused on girth…and what do I gain….lenght of course. :D
But I’m happy, gain is gain. BPEL went from 6.7” to 6.9”, girth is the same, 4.7”.
I know girth is harder to gain for a lot of guys, and my main goal is to find what would stimulate my girth growth. So far I’ve been doing the newbie routine, mostly 1on/1off, with warm up, 7x30 second stretches, 75-100 dry jelqs, warm down.
I’ve been doing pinch jelqs, putting only pressure on the sides. One handed, erection level at 70-90%.

I’m going to 2on/1off. Maybe I should try something different with my jelqing, I want girth!

It’s interesting how similar we are: same start date, same start size and same method too. I even did some PE years ago too, and gave up, although I was not following any routine back then.

I’m taller (184cm) and fatter (97kg) and probably older (45). I don’t think that matters much for PE though.


PE start Aug 25, 2013: BPEL 6.7" x EG 4.7" and BPFSL 7".

Paused between Dec 2013 and Dec 2014 due to injury. Careful with those rice socks!

Goal 7" x 5". Ideal is 8" x 6" but let's not even dream about that yet...!

Yeah, since our starting stats are the same, maybe we can have some healthy competition, not to push too hard, but to keep motivation high. :)

Years ago I had awesome newbie gains length wise, but a small injury and everyday life kinda made me forget about PE.

I just got back here in the forum and would want to go back in the PE routine. I tried doing some PE exercises for a month but I lost track. With this post, I hope I can get back on track.
