Hello, I have been a member of Thunder’s Place for like 3 years now and besides doing kegels never really have done much PE, college and work etc. I just didn’t have the energy to do it until now. I’ve started something close to the newbie routine and been doing it for about two weeks, I’ve seen no gains as of yet, but my flaccid is definitely thicker and longer for a few hours after the newbie routine.

I am going to keep this up for another month or so and let everyone know how it goes, and I’ll keep you updated on any changes in routine as well.

My routine is as follows.

5 min hot wrap
5 mins of JAI stretches (1 min in every direction)
5 mins of just standard manual stretches
20 mins of jelqs 4-6 second strokes
5 min hot wrap

Starting measurements were BPEL: 7.5in. EG: around 5.25 in. Hoping to get around BPEL:9-9.5in. And EG: 6-6.5 in.
Any feedback or encouragement welcome :)

Feedback: 4 -6 second jelqs? If it works for you, fine, but I think the standard is more like 2 -3 seconds.

Thanks Lampwick, I’ve been doing 4-6 seconds because from what I understand the longer the jelq the better quality but that’s a good point seems to be somewhat to slow.

Why 20 minutes of jelqing? Why not 10?

Honestly, I started with 10 minutes. It just seemed to me to be too light of a workout to me, and I also noticed no negative PI’s when I bumped it up to twenty minutes.

Great starting measurements . I think your goals are possible.

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Like you I lurked a long time — a year — before starting PE. I started in December — I wish I had started sooner!

Like others who have written to you, I too wonder about all that jelqing -

I have done well with a one day on/two days off routine — only doing about 90 three second jelqs per workout and 3 sets of standard 5 way stretches.

So far a ‘less is more’ approach has been working for me. Seems to be working for a far number of guys.

This is one of the threads that influenced me to go that route:

Why beat stretch and squeeze your poor penis to death if a gentler approach will get you there? Especially when you start out.

Thanks for the info sta-kool, I think I may switch my routine to a “Less is more” work out. How do you think this sounds?

75 jelqs at 3-4 seconds and a light grip

I think that sounds pretty good!

One thing I ended up doing early on was splitting my workout into Morning Stretches and Afternoon Jelqs. I did it for time reasons/privacy reasons. But I actually ended up liking it better that way.
The few times I did them at the same time, I found that the stretches kinda wore me out. Splitting it up seemed to give me some recovery time to get ready for the jelqing. Of course that may not apply to you, but just thought I would throw it out there.

Well it’s been 2 days from 1 month since I started really doing PE. Starting stats 7.5bpelx5.25, this was on January 11, 2008. Stats now are 7.75bpelx5.625 on Feb 9, 2008. I am perfectly happy with this for a first months gains! :) And am going to continue my current routine which is two posts above.

Dec \'23 -> Feb\'24 17.5cm -> 18.5cm BPEL / 12.7cm -> 13.1 MSEG / 18.5cm -> 18.9cm BPFSL (measuring in mm for accuracy)

My First Real Attempt:

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)

I started taking 360 mg of standardized ginkgo, a weight lifters 1000 strength amino acid supplement which has 19 amino acids- 6 grams a day, an extra gram of arginine and lysine each day, one source men’s daily and a super b-complex (these last two have been taking for years) for about two weeks. I have also been doing around 500-750 kegels a day.

I had sex with my wife last night and I felt like I was 16 years old again, we use the withdraw method and I seriously hit her in the head with a load I haven’t seen in years. I just posted my new measurements 3 days ago but right after sex my member looked way bigger than when I measured, maybe someone can shed some light on this one for me. I also must say I was completely ready to go for another two hours immediately after, but she is not used to this much action anymore, our lifestyles are too busy and neither of us have had the drive we used to, although we still have sex two or three times a week.

Anyone else had this effect from these supplements or is it just the kegels? Maybe both? I don’t know but I am much impressed.

I forgot to mention in the post above that I take several grams of fish oil every day and brew about 64 oz of green tea which I drink almost every day.
