CONGRATS —

As to your observations about erection strength/load size I have noticed similar things. In my case I think it is a combination of:

PE - side effect is better stronger erections.
L-arginine — improves blood vessel health and circulation, also the main ingredient in those “load enchancing” supplements. I got confused on my dosage and was taking 10grams for a few weeks! I definitely noticed larger loads. I am now back down on a more normal dosage of 4g a day, and still have the larger than normal loads.
ginkgo — also improves circulation (and I believe it has made my penis more sensitive, especially the glans

Thanks Sta-kool, I believe the arginine is what was doing that. I didn’t take it for a few days and noticed a big decrease again.

Updates on my routine:

10 minute warm up/ hot wrap
3 30 second stretches in every direction
120 jelqs at 3 sets of 40- 3 second jelqs
Edge as best as possible for about 3 mins
10 minute warm up/ hot wrap or hot shower

This I am doing on a 2 day on 1 day off routine, but I am thinking of doing it a 1 day on 1 day off routine. It seems like the more rest I give the little guy the more this stuff pays off. I am not due to measure again for about 3 weeks so I am staying away from the ruler so I don’t know for sure if this is doing anything as of yet, but my wife is definitely noticing a difference in the past two weeks even.

I have a question on edging though, I am 23 years old and have a reasonably sensitive member, not over sensitive, but I find that edging is extremely hard to do. I can almost hit the point of no return, and try to keep from going over the edge, but it seems to be in vain about 90% of the time. Anyone have any tips on edging to keep from going over the edge?

I switched from 1 on/2 off to 2 on/1 off this week. Like you, I don’t like it — seems like two days on in a row is too much for me. I am going to try 1 on/1 off too.

Thanks again for the wonderful info Sta-kool. I had read some of that before but, I misread somehow before. I was trying to kegel really hard to edge, instead of reverse kegeling.

I like the 1 on /1 off routine, it seems like everything is working better with it. Good luck on your 1 on 1off routine as well :)

My theory is when you get a typical erection it is only really about 95% of your max. The friction of the vagina and the penis rubbing together causes it to get a bit bigger. But only if sex/masturbation is of a long duration, say 45 minutes or longer without ejaculation.

Sounds like a sound theory kp. The wife and I do not have sex as often as we used ,but usually we make it an all night thing so I was probably looking at 2 or 3 hours without ejaculation. I didn’t realize that the gingko/green tea/ arginine mix plus long periods of sex would make me even bigger for a short period of time, so I will keep that in mind :) .
