There is a lot of member here on Thunder that are over 50 and 60. A lot of us have got good gains in lenght and also in girth. It is necessary a great dedication, but seems that we not so more young guys have plenty of it.

Rock hard erections are a very variable problem. But there is no reason why not.

It rather depends on your present health level. Do you go to a gym at all? Or do other exercise. As the more fit you are the better the chance of reaching your goal . If you are a bit overweight that tends to slow things down, So aim for a healthy lifestyle as well.
