Old injury. what happened

Around 5 years ago, I had the great idea that masturbating would be better if only I could put things down my urethra. One day I was using a soap dispenser to force water down my urethra and after I stopped, exactly one drop of blood came out of my penis. Around 10 minutes later my glans started hurting and didn’t stop for maybe 5 days. It hurt bad. I never worked up the nerve to go to the doctor, but after 5 miserable days it finally went away. Every once and awhile I’ll feel a minor version of what that felt like, but as the years go on it seems to happen less and less. My question is, what happened? Did I tear something, did I get an infection, and is it dangerous?

How did you even come to the idea to force water down to your urethra? It isn’t designed for that. What exactly happened, I can’t say but never do it again, never.

That reminds me of this time around 13 I had heard of penis pumps and how they made your penis bigger. So I assumed an air pump would work the same way and you just had to pump the air into your urethra. I tried but putting the hose into my urethra freaked me out and I decided I would wait for it to grow. I get a shiver when I think what I could have done to myself.

Yes I know it was pretty stupid, but I was only 15 back then.

I believe there is a fetish where guys like to insert things into their Urethra, the thought scares me though.
