Okay Please Explain Lot To A Newbie
Okay, this is my question. Maybe I’m missing something in the reading of all of these strings, but what I want to know is, when I flex, or kegel, my penis will jump or rise a bunch. I can move it nearly straight up. Does this mean I can benefit from stretching ligaments? And what is the process for measuring the LOT? Is it how far you can raise it and look at the time it is pointing to? I don’t mean to sound stupid, but I want to make sure before I really start a program. Thanks for any replies.
