okay guys - help the newb create a routine

okay guys - help the newb create a routine

ive been lurking around lately and decided to post… here’s what i have to work with, so please help me come up with a nice routine

-a few bottles of suppliments/vitamins
-a penis pump
-24 videos describing all of the top exercises

what would you guys reccommend for a beginner to PE ?

1. Read the Forum Guidelines about posting style.

2. Read all the links in this thread.

3. Start with this routine

Take the vitamins and supps if you want. Keep the pump for later, say about three months along, when you’ve conditioned your penis to being exercised. The “top” exercises are probably not for newbies. Wait on them, too.
