OK Wtf! Help please
OK, so I started my newbie routine about one month ago. Two weeks in I was doing great, I was seeing positive PI’s, such as increased erection hardness, increase in normal size of my penis, and larger flaccid hang. Now about a little over a month in I’m starting to see negative PI’s such as decreased morning wood, loss of size and erection hardness.
My routine started as:
(2 days on 1 off)
5 min warmup with hot washcloth
100 jelq strokes(every 3 day cycle i increased strokes by 25)
5 min warm down with hot wash cloth
I don’t think I could be over training as my routine is very light. Does anyone have any ideas as to why I’m not seeing positive PI’s anymore?
