Hey Guys - At the end of this month, I will have hit 3 months of the newbie routine. Like many lame asses, I wasn’t sure about this PE business and so I didnt measure (accurately with pics) in the beginning. I can say that I have for sure gotten fatter.moving from approx 5 3/8 to 5.5+ in EG. My EL might be approx 1/8 longer as well. My EQ is great as is morning wood and my flaccids hang really well. In short, I feel like it’s working.

That being said, I’m getting ready move on to the next step. Id like to get this dialed in the next few weeks so I can start the new year off in a good schedule. I’m looking for suggestions. Of the few long timers I’ve followed on this board, Krod seems to be the one I most identify with. I just seem to find similarities between his accounts of PE and what I’ve experienced. Here is his basic approach (as I have interpreted)

Routine Highlights
- Jelqing and Clamping - 2 days on, 1 day off (pretty much what I do now. Ill stick with 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off as weekends are too hard to find privacy)
- Jelqing and Clamping - 20 mins each
- Stretching - Multiple times a day, starting with once a day on “on”days and twice a day on “off” days. Gradually increasing to as many as 3 times a day on off days
- Gradually increase stretch times, frequency and duration over a 8-12 months period

I tried clamping early on, but backed off cause I was loosing EQ and this forum suggested that I was clamping too early. Krod started with manual clamping for 1 min sets and moved those up to 3-5 min sets. I will do the same.

The only other thing that I might included is a bit of pumping. I have found that added 2 sets of 3 min, higher pressure pumping between stretching and jelqing has worked well for me. It gets me fully engorged and my dick gets huge which is very motivating. I also feel like I’m being productive from jelq 1 to jelq 150.where as without pumping it takes 20 or 30 to get warmed up

Here is what it looks like on paper

7 days week morning (maybe 6):
- 5 min heat
- Approx 10 min stretching (2 sets straight down pull for ligs, BTC right, BTC left, Bundled BTC right, Bundled BTC left, Bundled straight right, left, 2 v-stretch)
- Heat

Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri afternoon:
- Heat
- 2, 3min sets of pump at higher pressure
- Jelq 20 mins
- Manual Clamp (start with 2 or 3 1 min sets)

Weds, Sat, Sun night stretch:
- 5 min heat
- Approx 10 min stretching (2 sets straight down pull for ligs, BTC right, BTC left, Bundled BTC right, Bundled BTC left, Bundled straight right, left, 2 v-stretch)
- Heat

Anyway, let me know what you think!

101 views and nothing? I guess ill just go for it and report back

Good luck.

Common newbie mistake to make gains with a simple routine and then feel they should change it when they are no longer a “newbie”.

The best rule of thumb is to stay with a productive approach until its no longer productive. What is sensible to do at that point is to make small sensible changes to that same routine until it starts to work again.

Not an expert but if it’s not broken don’t fix it. When u hit a wall then increase your work load.

Start:7.5 BPEL X 5 MSEG

Couldn’t have said it better myself.

Any way good luck is all I can really say. I hope what worked for me works for you.

Have to agree with that. Just because you are outside of the recommended newbie routine time frame doesn’t necessarily mean you have to move onto something else. I know I can start doing more extreme exercises like hanging, pumping or ADS and possibly get much better results but I feel comfortable with the newbie routine with only minor changes after 3 years into it. Plus I don’t think my lifestlye or my wife can handle much more. ;)

I’m roughly at the same point you are, but since I’m lazy and comfortable in my current routine, and it seems to be working out swimmingly, I’m going to continue pulling my dick in the exact same way as I have grown accustomed to. If I stop growing I’ll be at a loss for what to do. I don’t really want to hang…maybe some clamping eventually though if I’m not getting girth. I do stealth PE. No one has caught on yet. My wife thinks her vagina is shrinking.

Here I am complaining that no one was responding..and it takes me a day and half reply, sorry!!

Anyway, thanks for all the input. and thanks to krod for droppin in. his posts have really inspired me

I don’t really view the changes I was suggesting as drastic or hardcore. In short we are talking about splitting up the routine into stretching and jelq/clamp sessions and adding 2 more days of stretching. In addition, Im discussing easing into some clamping. I dont really consider the pumping an addition as Im not really in a pumping “routine”..rather, Im using it help prime my jelqing session. I guess I also added 7 days of evening stretching, but Im pretty sure that was something krod did after 8 months to a year…not 4 months. I cant get 3 sessions in a day anyway.

I understand this is a really slow process…marathon not sprint and all that…but I dont want to get caught in 4, 8 or 12 week plateau. I cant spend this kind of time on something and have it not be productive. I just want to make sure Im always improving and making gains.

The changes you suggest may not be drastic but they are still changes. Do yourself a huge favor. If you want to make your dick bigger do not change your routine until gains stop!

I agree, keep at that which you are going if it is bringing forth the desired results. Once the benefits there are exhausted try another method to aim at another aspect of PE.

However you have done well so far; I kept my newbie routine in the initial year and incorporated pumping. The results were better than anything I could have wished for.

How did you incorporate pumping Phenyo? What was your routine like? I havent cemented any gains yet, but pumping 2, 3min sets prior to jelqing for 20 mins has been awesome. I really feel like Im getting more out of those 20 mins. I also added manual clamping post jelq, but I think Im going to back off that again. In attempting to take everyones advice here Im going to stick with the newbie with pumping and no clamping for a few more months.

Ill keep ya posted on how I progress
