OK to jog or workout after jelqing session
Hi guys, 1st time posting. I’m a Malaysian Chinese(South East Asian country for those of you who don’t have a clue). 20 this year(still a student) and have been on slightly “modified” newbie routine for 2 months.
5 mins wrap (thick cloth handkerchief soaked in hot water) while kegel-ing.
5 mins manual stretch (30-sec pulls in different directions)
300 wet jelqs (3-sec strokes)
20 jelq squeezes (recently incorporated into routine)
5 mins wrap (with kegels)
5-6 days a week.
I just want to go easy as I don’t really have the liberty to jelq that long per session. So it’s highly unlikely I’m going to add more methods into my routine. But I’m in no hurry either.. I’m prepared to jelq during my 4 years in university(hopefully I can find the time and privacy).
I’m uncircumcised, about 5 inch erect and 4.5-5 inch erect circumference. No gains after 2 months but I’m pretty sure it’s bigger than before, if only slightly(may be a psychological effect XD). Hoping to go 6-6.5 inch erect length and 5.5-6 inch erect circumference.
Any advice or recommendations for me?
Another question, is it ok to go jogging or do weight training after a jelqing session?
